A: It depends on the amount of material and what you are expecting. Most documents, small jobs or projects requiring a light edit and proofreading, can be completed within 1-2 business days of receiving your deposit/payment.
Q: Can I check on the progress of my project?
A: Yes. There are two ways to check on your project. The first is to log into your account and check on the status. The second way is to contact us via phone (813-842-5402), and we will discuss the progress with you.
Q: How do I submit my document(s)?
A: Simply go to the Get Started tab. Once there, you will fill out a simple form to get your login credentials. After verification, pay via our secure online e-commerce cart. After payment is received, you can then login to your account at Ready To Be Published and upload or copy and paste your document into our database. You can check on progress at any time and once we are finished editing your document, you can download the file or copy and paste it back into your word processor.

A: You can submit projects 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our business schedule is Monday-Saturday, 9 am-5pm, Eastern Standard Time.

A: Yes. Your documents are very safe and secure once you upload them to our database. We use password protection and strong encryption - the same encryption used by governmental agencies - to ensure that no one can see, copy or steal your hard work.
